Shipping & Receiving Associate

Applied Innovation is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This full-time position is based at our Grand Rapids facility located at 3223 Kraft Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512, and follows a regular schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining setup supply inventory, and coordinating supply deliveries to customers in the Grand Rapids area. You will work closely with our Sales Operations Support (SOS) team and lead setup technicians to ensure timely and accurate logistics support. A company vehicle is provided for all job-related travel and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments

• Prepare and package outgoing equipment and supplies

• Add setup supplies to new equipment orders

• Maintain setup supply inventory at multiple locations

• Deliver equipment and supplies to local customer sites using a company vehicle

• Keep the shipping & receiving area organized, clean, and efficient

• Collaborate with internal teams to support business operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the past 5 years)

• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds consistently

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, self-motivated, and customer service focused

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping & receiving, inventory control, or warehouse logistics

• Familiarity with shipping software or inventory management systems (a plus)
