Job Description - Shipping and Receiving Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining organized records.

*Duties*

- Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and ensure accurate receipt of materials

- Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely according to customer requirements.

- Operate forklift and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse.

- Collaborate with the team to prioritize orders and meet shipping deadlines

- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations

*Experience*

- Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role preferred

- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, package handling, and using MRP systems

- Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack and perform load/unload tasks efficiently

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling shipments

- Reliable transportation.

- Plex ERP experience a plus.
