Shift:Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support daily operations within our aerospace team. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will play a vital role in ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are handled accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with logistics or warehouse experience looking to grow in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment.

Required Experience & Skills

• High school diploma required
• 1–2 years of shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred
• Familiarity with domestic and international shipping processes
• Experience handling small package, crate, and LTL shipments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in data entry, spreadsheets, and basic computer use
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and respond promptly
• Basic knowledge of LEAN or supply chain principles is a plus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform both manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties
• Receive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments from vendors and customers
• Prepare and package outbound shipments (including crates, parcels, and LTL)
• Verify all documentation meets FAA, internal, and customer requirements
• Follow proper shipping practices, transportation routing, and schedules
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve shipment discrepancies

Preferred Education

• Additional coursework or certifications in supply chain, logistics, or LEAN practices preferred
