Shipping & Receiving Clerk

General Description:

M4 Knick is seeking a detail\-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring materials and products are accurately received, stored, assembled, and prepared for customer delivery.

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will also assist with light assembly of component parts for fittings and system products, maintain inventory accuracy, and support compliance with company and regulatory shipping standards.

This is a full\-time position reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound inventory shipments using Zoho Inventory after verifying quantities and completing quality checks.
  


• Stock and organize inventory in assigned warehouse bin locations using FIFO inventory practices.
  




• Attention to serial numbers, lot numbers, and expiration dates is required.
  




• Perform monthly cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
  


• Complete daily assembly tasks using the Assembly Task Board to support customer order fulfillment.
  


• Perform light assembly of component parts according to drawings and specifications to produce M4 Knick fittings and system products, including:
  




• Sensor immersion holders
  


• Flow\-through vessels
  


• Automated systems
  


• Integrated displays and controllers
  


• System panels
  




• Program and configure measurement devices such as analyzers and transmitters.
  


• Prepare customer orders for shipment by picking, scanning, packing, and processing through UPS, FedEx, and other carrier systems.
  


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  

Requirements

Job Requirements:

·         3+ years experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or manufacturing preferred

·        Strong time management and ability to multitask

·        Excellent attention to detail and problem\-solving skills

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

·        Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday

·        Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation 

Desired Skills:

• Experience with data entry and warehouse computer systems
  


• Familiarity with international shipping (Canada, Mexico, Germany)
