Location: Schaumburg, IL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $18 - $19 / hour 

The Patrick Dealer Group is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our Hyundai Parts and Service warehouse. If you have experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics, this is your opportunity to join one of Chicago’s largest automotive dealership groups.

  Key Responsibilities

  
  
  
  
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
  
  
  • Prepare and pack outgoing shipments accurately
  
  
  • Maintain inventory records and update systems
  
  
  • Coordinate with vendors and carriers for scheduling and tracking
  
  
  • Perform regular inventory audits and report discrepancies
  
  
  • Keep shipping/receiving area organized, clean, and safe
  
  
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed

  Qualifications

  
  
  
  
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record (past 36 months)
  
  
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
  
  
  • Experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse clerk, or related field
  
  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  
  • Proficient in inventory management systems & Microsoft Office
  
  
  • RF Scanner experience a plus
  
  
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  
  
  • Forklift certification preferred
