Fury Motors is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our Parts Department. This role plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in keeping our Service and Sales teams running efficiently by ensuring parts are received, organized, and distributed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping & Receiving

• 
  

  Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments against packing slips and purchase orders

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and report shortages, overages, or damaged parts promptly

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare outgoing shipments, returns, and warranty parts

  
  

Inventory & Organization

• 
  

  Stock, label, and organize parts in designated locations

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving and storage area

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories

  
  

Internal Support

• 
  

  Distribute parts to service technicians, advisors, and other departments

  
  


• 
  

  Support timely parts flow to minimize service delays

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate special orders and ensure parts are staged correctly

  
  

Documentation & Systems

• 
  

  Accurately update inventory and shipment records in the dealership management system (DMS)

  
  


• 
  

  Follow Fury Motors policies, OEM guidelines, and safety procedures

Required Qualifications

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the day

  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  

  Shipping & receiving or warehouse experience

  
  


• 
  

  Automotive or dealership experience

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer and data entry skills
