The Role 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support daily material flow, shipping, and receiving operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments, and effective coordination with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to support production and customer requirements. 

Schedule: A Crew Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm | C Crew Friday - Saturday 6am - 4:30pm, Sunday - Monday 6pm - 4:30am

 What You’ll Do 

• Process and validate supplier ASN data and receiving documentation 

• Coordinate inbound material flow including sequence-only products 

• Review and resolve receiving discrepancies with suppliers and planners 

• Prepare and process outbound shipments and shipping documentation 

• Schedule and coordinate daily truck shipments and carrier activities 

• Maintain system accuracy in Trans4M and related systems 

• Support inventory tracking and reporting activities 

• Communicate issues related to damaged freight, shortages, or labeling 

• Provide support for plant-wide materials and inventory activities 

Who You Are 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or materials operations preferred 

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office 

• Experience with ERP or logistics systems (Trans4M preferred) 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners 

• Forklift (Hi-Low) certification preferred 

Health, Safety, Physical & Travel Requirements 

Work is performed in both office and plant environments, including standing, walking, and computer use. Minimal travel required.
