Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Staffmark is actively seeking candidates for Shipping and Receiving Coordinator positions in Nashville, TN. Start an exciting new career with us today!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $17 per hour

Responsibilities:

Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
Collaborate and communicate with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and other stakeholders involved in shipping and receiving.
Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Maintain a clean, organized work area ready for operations.
Unload trucks and deliveries promptly, and sort and stock receivables.
Maintain accurate logs of daily moves, scan inventory, and ensure precise counting.
Interact with vendors and drivers professionally and courteously.
Provide backup support for shipping and receiving departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock.
Proficiency in receiving, stocking, stacking, pulling, packing, and loading.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months experience in logistics, retail, or customer service.
Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is preferred.
