Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in warehouse operations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have leadership skills to manage shipping and receiving processes efficiently? If so, we want YOU to join our team!

About the Role:

As the Shipping & Receiving Leader, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments. You will coordinate with various departments, lead a team, and implement best practices to streamline logistics and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Supervise shipping and receiving activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency
✔️ Manage inventory control, documentation, and tracking systems
✔️ Lead and train a team to maintain a safe and productive workspace
✔️ Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments for seamless operations
✔️ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
✔️ Troubleshoot any logistical issues and implement improvements

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse management
✅ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
✅ Familiarity with inventory management software and logistics systems
✅ Ability to lift [X] lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✅ A proactive mindset with attention to detail

This leads to delays processing quotes and bottlenecks throughout the manufacturing process. These companies are also limited in resources and the types of materials they can work with.
