Job Duties

The logistics representative is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments. This role ensures that logistics operations—including receiving, inventory tracking, and materials handling—are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. 

• Process outgoing shipments, ensuring correct items, quantities, lasers, and tubing.
• Verify and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality; reconcile with purchase orders.
• Perform monthly and year-end inventory audits. 
• Collaborate with production, customer service, and other departments as needed.
• Organize and maintain the receiving area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assume additional responsibilities and projects as requested.

• A high school diploma or GED is required. 
• Mechanically inclined. Basic math skills and good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
• Great attention to detail is required.
• Ability to read basic prints and understand geometric dimensioning.
