Look no further – the Shipping and Receiving Specialist position at Jolt is all about managing inventory and ensuring that our customer orders are expertly prepared for shipment. Located in our Lehi headquarters with breathtaking views, you'll enjoy access to our unique benefits and perks. This role will also offer the opportunity to cross-train with our hardware team!

Responsibilities

- Be responsible for daily shipping, ensuring orders go out promptly and accurately.

- Process orders through Shipstation and provide tracking information to the team.

- Receive incoming shipments, including pallets, using a pallet jack.

- Process warranty claims

- Print guides and labels.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Assist with monthly inventory counts.

- Communicate internally through email and chat on shipping-related issues.

- Keep the Operations Manager informed of low stock items.

- Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders.

Working Hours

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
