Shipping and Receiving Supervisor (Direct Hire)

• Confirms and records the receipt of shipments and prepares items for shipping and receiving.
  


• Manage inter\-departmental transport of materials
  


• Ensures safety first operation of subordinates while demonstrating personal commitment to the safety culture.
  


• Coordinate and execute transference plans with external partners including customers, suppliers, and transportation providers.
  


• Understands performance analysis and operational impacts.
  


• Communicates and creates training, gathers feedback, and recommends operational adjustments.
  


• Works across functional lines to research and understand operational impacts and solutions that benefit the company.
  


• Builds strong business partnerships and collaborates with customers, peers, and management.
  


• Demonstrates logical and systematic thinking skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
  


• Must have manufacturing shipping and logistics experience.
  


• Be open and flexible for off shifts
  


• At least two years of supervisory experience.
  


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  


• Ability to multi\-task and work in a fast\-paced environment.
  


• Possess the energy and drive to meet deadlines, accomplish goals and find solutions.
  


• Excellent analytical skills where output data is actionable and accurate.
