Role Description: 

We’re looking for a hands-on Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead our high-volume distribution center. This working supervisor role is directly involved in daily operations while overseeing a team responsible for U.S., Canadian, and international shipments.

Location: Brentwood, TN. This is a fully onsite position. 

Schedule: Day Shift

Wage: $50,000 - $55,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and work alongside the team in daily shipping/receiving: Prepare orders to ship by pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in the delivery area, printing shipping labels. 
• Receive shipments, re-stock shelves, and assist with monthly inventory.
• Manage fast-paced, high-volume order fulfillment (peak in Q4).
• Ensure accurate, timely shipments (domestic & international).
• Train, coach, and hold team accountable.
• Drive efficiency, safety, and process improvements.
• Operator machinery like pallet jacks and walk behind tow motor.

Skills and Experience Requirements: 

• 3–5 years’ supervisory experience in shipping/receiving or logistics.
• Knowledge of U.S. and international shipping practices.
• Hands-on leader with strong communication skills.
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency. 
• Ability to thrive in peak season with extended hours/availability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to read and operate computer software in English. 
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. 
• FedEx and ShipStation experience preferred.
• Forklift and walk behind tow motor experience preferred. 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
