Shipping and Receiving Team Lead

Starting Pay: $19.00/hr (plus $0.50 shift differential, if applicable)

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Manage Inventory: Identify, label, organize, and track materials and supplies.

  
  


• 
  

  Support Production: Locate, verify, and deliver materials to work centers based on production orders.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle Returns: Process credit-return materials and restock items in their proper locations.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage Shipping: Prepare, secure, document, and track finished products for shipment.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain Records: Record deliveries, inventory locations, and units shipped accurately.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead the Team: Coordinate schedules, manage corrective actions, and train team members.

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee Equipment: Inspect material-handling equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Support Operations: Serve as a resource for shipping and receiving activities while helping the team meet daily goals.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  High School Diploma or equivalent.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic English skills (read, write, and speak).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer and data-entry skills, including Microsoft Excel.

  Leadership skills and the ability to train and support team members.
