Job Description:

• Picks up the mail daily from the post office.
• Picks up and processes outgoing mail and delivers to post office.
• In the absence of the Campus Services Manager, the Shipping and Receiving Technician assigns daily Shipping and Receiving duties to Campus Services staff.
• Sorts incoming and interoffice mail, and delivers mail, publications, supplies, etc. to College offices, divisions, and faculty.
• Sorts and delivers mail to other campuses.
• Receives delivery of goods and forwards goods to the requisitioning department; processes freight shipments and returns of goods.
• Performs physical inventory annually of at least one quarter of capital equipment located on and off campus.
• Fills and delivers Central Supply orders.
• Stores items in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develops effective methods of outgoing mail distribution.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to lift at least 70 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to deal with the public in a professional manner.

8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
