Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving / Driver to join a woodworking company in Tulsa. This role combines warehouse, customer service, and delivery duties to support daily operations. The Shipping & Receiving / Driver will play a vital part in ensuring products are delivered accurately, inventory is maintained, and customer interactions are handled professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Deliveries & Driving (20%)

• Safely drive a standard shift (manual transmission) company vehicle.
• Prepare complete loads for delivery, including hardware and materials.
• Communicate with customers to schedule delivery times.
• Load, secure, and unload materials.

Customer Service & Retail Sales (20%)

• Assist walk-in customers with molding sales and product selection.
• Prepare sales tickets, calculate pricing, and process payments.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.

Warehouse & Stocking (60%)

• Receive and check incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Stock, cut-to-length, and mark molding orders.
• Check completed molding and cabinetry orders for accuracy.
• Assist with general support tasks as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry bundles of trim (up to 60 lbs) including overhead reach at 6’6”.
• Move sheets of plywood (100 lbs) with cart or assistance.
• Move cabinets (200 lbs) with a dolly or assistance.
• Comfortable with regular lifting, carrying, and handling of materials.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with ability to safely operate a manual transmission.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented.
