Shipping Associate

Twenty2 is seeking to hire a full-time Shipping Associate in our Shipping & Receiving Department.

We are a full service wallpaper and textiles partner, our design driven team provides development and manufacturing expertise for private label collections and custom projects. We put our knowledge to work for our partners; when they succeed so do we. 

This is a great opportunity for someone with great communication skills and an eye for detail to join our Shipping Department. This position is both physical and computer based, and requires being on your feet for long periods of time and lifting up to 30 pounds. The typical daily job responsibilities include: picking, packing, and shipping bolts of custom printed wallpaper & textiles (70% of your day), contacting customers via email for shipping clarification (10%), assisting the shipping & receiving team with various tasks (20%).

Shipping Associate Responsibilities:

• Pack wallpaper and textile orders to high company standards


• Use company software to process orders and generate shipping labels (Monday.com & ShipStation)


• Carefully review all packing slips and order information to ensure delivery of domestic and international shipments; communicate via email with customers regarding any additional requirements or discrepancies.


• Promptly acknowledge customer emails, provide information and assist with on-going questions in a courteous and friendly manner regarding shipping, costs, and order details.


• Help ensure that all orders ship on time or ahead of schedule


• Use small equipment such as rolling ladders and pallet jacks


• Maintain an organized and clean work space


• Other related tasks as assigned to support the Shipping & Receiving Department

Qualifications:

• 1-2 Years Professional Shipping Experience


• Any Customer Service Experience Preferred


• Strong written communication skills and the ability to communicate specific information clearly and concisely (Sales, Hospitality, Healthcare, etc. accepted)


• Collaborate and communicate effectively and professionally with our team and our customers


• Keen attention to detail and dedication to documentation


• Strong organizational and prioritization skills


• Ability to follow, understand, and execute direction as given to you by your managers


• Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds


• Ability to utilize rolling ladders and other small equipment


• Ability to learn and utilize proprietary computer software


• Resourcefulness and creative problem solving


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
