Shipping Associate

About the Role

As a Shipping Associate, you’ll own the day-to-day shipping and receiving operations that keep orders moving accurately and on time — both domestically and internationally. You’ll be the final quality check before products reach customers and a key player in keeping inventory flowing smoothly across the business.

This role also includes regular local pickups and deliveries to shipping carriers and vendors, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on, fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and ship wholesale and direct-to-consumer orders — counting, boxing, taping, weighing, measuring, and labeling packages.


• Process domestic and international shipments using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, including required customs documentation.


• Review outgoing orders for accuracy, quality, and presentation before shipment.


• Ensure all shipments go out on time each day.


• Receive inbound shipments and verify contents against packing lists.


• Inspect items for quantity and quality and enter inventory into company systems.


• Distribute materials to appropriate departments.


• Complete regular pickups and drop-offs to shipping carriers and local vendors.


• Communicate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and carriers regarding shipping questions and delivery issues.


• Assist with light production tasks (trimming, threading, tying, stamping, workspace organization) as needed.


• Maintain a clean, organized shipping and receiving area and follow safety procedures.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• 6 months to 1 year of shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, or receiving experience.


• Experience with international small-package shipping preferred (customs forms, commercial invoices, carrier portals).


• Familiarity with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipping systems.


• Basic computer skills (email, shipping platforms, inventory systems).


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and be on your feet for much of the day.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm

May be asked to work overtime or non-standard hours if the need arises.
