Position Summary:

The Shipping Clerk will perform all shipping functions in the warehouse including picking and/or preparing items to be shipped and packing the items securely to ship in a timely manner. The shipping clerk will also work as a team player in all warehouse functions and promote a high level of customer service.

Location: Uxbridge, MA

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00/hour (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Review ship schedule and communicate with team lead any issue preventing on-time-delivery
• Prepare finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
• Stage finished product for loading
• Ensure damaged product is not shipped
• Communicate with other departments
• Clean and maintain work area
• Other duties as assigned
• Standing stretching bending & reaching for entire 8hr shift

Requirements

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and follow directions on shipping paperwork
• UPS World Ship & Fedex Ship Manager experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required
• Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done right
• Desire to be part of building something amazing
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
