Shipping Clerk

Location: 260 Research Drive Jenkins Township, PA

Overview:
Shipping Clerks take care of customer through the order fulfillment process and work with vendors such as UPS & FedEx for Shipping and Receiving inquiries.

Shift Available: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Pay: $15.00/hour

What you can expect if you are selected:

• Shipping: Process freight shipments for OL orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Order Fulfillment: Process and package orders for shipment, including both freight and small parcel.
• Order Building: Assemble and prepare orders for shipping.
• Order Readiness: Ensure orders are fully prepared and ready for shipment.
• Split Invoicing: Manage split inventories to invoice items that are ready for shipment.
• Inventory Management: Navigate aisles, rows, and shelves to organize and maintain inventory using forklifts, stand-up lifts, and pallet jacks.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized at all times.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all department safety practices.
• Procedure Adherence: Follow established procedures and processes diligently.
• Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
