Location: Chandler, AZ
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Status: Hourly, Full-Time

What You Will Do

As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for processing outbound shipments accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to follow procedures will ensure customer orders are packaged and shipped on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Process outgoing shipments using the company ERP system


• Generate packing lists, shipping labels, and invoices


• Schedule shipments using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carriers


• Ensure all packaging complies with company and customer standards


• Accurately document and track shipments


• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area


• Support other operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior experience in shipping or logistics


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated


• Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
