• Responsible for arranging and coordinating carrier pickups and all accompanying required paperwork 

• Investigate overages/shortages and proofs for payments as required

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments and provide documents for proof of deliver as required

• Establishing open and transparent communication channels with carriers, ensuring regular updates, addressing queries, and fostering a collaborative partnership

• May also be required to work trucker's window, schedule return goods authorizations (RGAs),  monitor the shipping yard, creating bill of ladings (BOL) in Papervision and several other miscellaneous duties

• Lead all aspects of staging and loading to the correct carriers

• Entering data on multiple customers' websites

• Generate Reports as needed.

• Proficiency in MS Office is expected along with SAP and DLX or similar Warehouse Management System experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to influence and work effectively with all levels of management and be cross-functional in the facility.
• Traffic/Shipping background
• High school diploma required
