Shipping Clerk

Labelink is Growing!

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, self-managed individual to handle daily shipping operations and communication across departments and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and manage daily shipping tasks and schedules.


• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams via phone and email.


• Process all shipments (parcel, LTL, FTL, and international) through our business systems, 3PL platforms, and customer portals.


• Generate and manage shipping documents (packing lists, BOLs, customs forms, etc.).


• Handle FedEx, UPS, and freight shipments using appropriate software.


• Maintain warehouse inventory: move stock, pull orders, and perform regular cycle counts.


• Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to company policies.


• Support team goals and perform additional duties as needed.

Shift Details:

• First Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm. 

Education / Qualifications / Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.


• Ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office equipment.


• Experience with shipping software, 3PL systems, and international shipping documentation preferred.


• General shipping experience with UPS/FedEx parcel, LTL/FTL freight, and local courier services preferred.


• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.


• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and receptive to feedback and cross-training opportunities.


• Exhibits professionalism, discretion, and strong problem-solving abilities under deadlines.
