Shipping Clerk

All-Tex Staffing & Personnel is a reputable company in the logistics and shipping industry. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping Clerk. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the shipment of products to customers accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Process shipping orders and prepare necessary documentation
• Track and monitor the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Create shipping labels and arrange for shipping carriers
• Verify the accuracy of shipping information and resolve any discrepancies
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to fulfill orders
• Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
• Maintain accurate records of all shipped and received items
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to shipments
• Adhere to shipping and safety regulations and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area

• Prior experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a related role preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes
• Good computer skills and proficiency in shipping software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with shipping regulations and compliance
• High school diploma or equivalent
