We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to own end-to-end shipping (production and RMA) and international export execution across the organization. This role centralizes responsibility for all inbound (import) and outbound shipments, domestic and international, while ensuring accurate documentation, export/import compliance, and timely coordination with accounting.
This role is critical to reducing operational and compliance risk, improving cycle times, and eliminating dropped handoffs across functions.
What You’ll Own
All outbound shipments (customer orders, RMAs, demos, returns)
Coordination with accounting to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and credits
Maintenance of audit-ready shipping and export records

Responsibilities
Execute all shipping and receiving transactions accurately and on time
Prepare shipments to keep technicians focused on build and test work
Maintain export and shipping documentation in accordance with regulations and internal procedures
Coordinate closely with accounting to support billing and RMA workflows
Identify and resolve shipment discrepancies or process breakdowns
Support continuous improvement and cross-training within the supply chain team
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or operational coordination
Strong attention to detail and end-to-end workflow ownership
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working cross-functionally with operations and accounting
Preferred
Export/import compliance experience
SAP B1 or similar ERP experience
Manufacturing or regulated-environment experience
