Shipping Coordinator

hear.com is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Denver team. In this role, you will help ensure our products reach customers accurately and on time, while supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. What you will do

• Place product orders with various manufacturers across our product and accessory portfolio


• Organize and manage inventory stock


• Pack and ship product orders to customers in a timely manner (this role is labor-intensive)


• Manage the tracking of product orders to ensure they arrive on time at the correct location


• Serve as the product expert on the team and answer product-related questions as needed


• Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth experience for our customers


• Coordinate shipping and tracking for all customer packages


• Oversee the administration of program files and relevant documents, including physical and electronic filing

What you will need

• Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently


• Organized and detail-oriented


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products


• Team player with a collaborative mindset


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Background in logistics is a plus

What we offer

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a 1-hour lunch break


• Location: 2000 S Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80222


• Compensation: $23/hour
