We are currently looking for an experienced Shipping Coordinator to oversee and manage all aspects of the shipping process for our organization. The primary duties of this individual include preparing quotes and invoices, overseeing shipping, responding to complaints or questions from vendors and customers, and providing shipping instructions and information. To excel in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task,have computer skills, and get along well with others. The ideal candidate will also have 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.

salary: $21 - $25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for providing quotes and generating invoices

• Solicit vendors for product rates and necessary documentation to finalize orders

• Communicate with vendors and customers to ensure timely and accurate order

fulfillment

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders

• Track shipments and delivery dates, and update customers as needed

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipping information and order status

• Schedule and coordinate pick-up and delivery of shipments

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, including dates, costs, and tracking numbers

• Handle customer complaints empathetically and professionally, resolving issues

efficiently and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• All other duties as assigned
