The Shipping Coordinator II supports the Shipping Department through the accurate preparation, verification, and distribution of orders to our customers. This role is important for ensuring that all our customers receive the right product, on time and in good condition.

The position for Shipping Coordinator II is expected to be open until July 31, 2026 .

Key Responsibilities for Shipping Coordinator II

• Manages reoccurring weekly customer accounts to ensure shipping is on time and in full.
• Accesses external customer portals to process and route shipments.
• Communicates order details to external customers and internal departments as needed.
• Utilizes Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel to analyze order information, retrieve document/labels, review customer requirements, and determine which delivery services are required for each order. 
• Reviews orders for completeness and accuracy, verifying SKUs, counts, weights, and product appearance. Ensures order correction as needed.
• Wraps, packages and labels multiple pallet freight and parcel domestic shipments for safe shipping according to customer requirements, Hazmat regulations and shipping standards.
• Prepares and includes proper documentation to accompany shipments. 
• Drives team success by working in an efficient and detailed manner, contributing to the completion of individual and team deadlines. 
• Uses pallet wrapping machine to prepare freight shipments for transport.
• Operates pallet jack to transport stored items within the warehouse. 
• Adheres to safety guidelines and procedures.

High School diploma or GED.

Previous work experience required navigating order management systems. 

Two or more years processing and receiving shipments required. 

General math and ability to use a calculator a must. 

Basic computer knowledge required.

Experience using and editing spreadsheets a must. 

Attention to detail, mechanically inclined.

Ability to think creatively, be positive and be innovative.

Possess analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thought process.

Adapt quickly to the everchanging business requirements.

Ability to cultivate internal relationships.

Ability to communicate fluently (read, write, and speak) in English required.

Must be 18 or older to apply.

Ability to regularly lift and /or move up to 50lbs.

Ability to stand and walk for the 8-hour shift

Work Hours: This is a regular, benefits-eligible position, with normal hours M-F: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Overtime and/or weekend hours may be required.

Hiring Compensation for Shipping Coordinator II: Hiring pay: Starting at $20.50 - $23.75/hour DOQ.
