Shipping Lead - 3rd Shift - Pay Starting at $30.82/hr + $2.00 Shift Premium

Work Flexibility: Onsite

3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11pm-7am, OT Required

What you will do

• Manage and monitor all the inbound shipments of finished goods.

• Assist and resolve any discrepancies or product integrity issues

• Correct any inventory discrepancies.

• Make sure all employees are following departmental safety rules.

• Conduct mid year and annual employee reviews

• Go into orders and manage how the product will be constructed on the pallet

• Pull customer orders by carrier and allocate inventory.

 

What you need:

Required

• High School or GED

• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing or related field

Preferred

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

• Formal training and leadership experience preferred
