Opening with our technology client for a Shipping and Logistics Associate.
In this role, the Shipping and Logistic Associate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate shipment of our technology products while maintaining meticulous records of all shipping activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a shipping and logistics role as well as solid computer skills and familiarity with transportation software.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Prepare technology products for shipping, including packaging and labeling.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of all shipping activities, including packing slips, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
- Monitor shipment status and address any issues or delays that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping area.
QUALIFICATIONS- High School Diploma
- 2 to 4 years of experience in shipping and logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with transportation software is a plus.
