Shipping Receiving Coordinator

Job Summary:

Responsible for performing various tasks associated with final tank ship prep, shipping, receiving, and factory acceptance testing duties for the facility. Also responsible for additional logistical support related to tank shipment for all locations. 

Essential Functions of Position:

· Interface with customers during factory acceptance testing

· Ensure that punch lists are detailed and completed 

· Ensure that all Tank shipments for domiciled location are prepped and documented per customer requirements

· Ensure timely shipment of all completed tanks

· Ensure receipt inspection of raw material (sheet, plate and coil) is completed accurately and timely

· Coordinate Tank shipping logistics for all Feldmeier plants

· Comply with all Feldmeier safety and Company policies and Occupational Health and Safety Regulations. 

Minimum Qualifications:

· Willingness to obtain and maintain a power industrial vehicle permit.

· Ability to use inventory management system. 

· 3-5 years of previous shipping and receiving experience

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience with Epicor our ERP system. 

· 5 plus years of coordinating multi location logistics 

· 3-5 years of experience with Cycle counting.

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per day.
• Continual use of hands; pushing, pulling, grasp, hold, move, and maintain 20 pounds constantly with full range of motion, including above head, below feet and side to side. 
• Occasional use of the hand, arm, and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, and maneuvering up to 50 pounds. 
• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and platforms for elevated work.
• Walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, balancing, stooping, and twisting while performing required job tasks.
• Ability to handle stress and fast paces environment.
