Shipping Specialist (2pm-11pm shift)
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and package patient-specific orders, including cold, meltable, and room-temperature items.
Monitor shipping inventory and alert the team when stock levels are low.
Report any issues or deviations related to product handling, packaging, or shipping.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and internal company policies during all shipping activities.
Follow all safety protocols related to product handling and storage.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the assembly and shipping areas.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This position is based in a warehouse setting and involves the use of standard equipment such as pallet jacks.
Physical Requirements
Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear.
Frequently required to kneel, crouch, or use reach tools for items stored 7 to 10 feet high.
Must be able to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift over 50 pounds.
Travel
No travel is required for this position.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
