Open position: Shipping Supervisor

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:30pm

Job Description:

• Supervising one or more employees in the department
• Supervising the assembling, addressing, stamping, and shipping of material
• Supervising the packing, verification, and recording outgoing merchandise and orders
• Supervising the arrangement of appropriate transportation of products
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

• Use RF Scanner to ensure that accurate information is recorded, including tracking information

• Schedule freight company pickups and deliveries

• Ensure that all activates are performed in a safe manner using applicable safety equipment.

• Accurately enter information on hardcopy packing list, customers invoices, freight manifests bill of lading and into the computer systems.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Shipping Supervisor in a Manufacturing environment.
• Must have some knowledge with Microsoft software, SAP, FED EX, and UPS Systems.
