Shipping Team Member - Weekend shift

Starting Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Hours: Shift 21: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing and processing outgoing shipments, ensuring all products are packaged correctly, documented accurately, and delivered according to customer requirements. The role includes using scales to weigh and count items, updating shipment information in the ERP system, and maintaining an efficient and organized shipping area.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate counting and weighing scales to ensure product quantities are accurate
• Package and prepare materials following customer instructions and internal guidelines
• Enter shipment data into the ERP system and generate the necessary paperwork
• Apply shipping labels, packing lists, and other required documentation
• Secure palletized loads by wrapping, banding, and stabilizing materials as needed
• Confirm that the correct items and quantities are selected for each shipment

• 1–6 months of relevant work experience required
• Ability to use computers or tablets to record and access shipping information

• Ability to follow written and electronic work instructions
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy throughout the shift
• Basic math skills for weighing, counting, and verifying shipments

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of packaged materials and containers
• Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes
