One to two years of experience in a customer service role Must be able to handle a high volume of work Experience working with confidential information High degree of professionalism and comfortable taking/receiving calls Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast paced environment Capable of operating a digital telephone system Ability to type accurately. Bilingual is a plus
