Position: Shipping/ Inventory Clerk helps with a variety of office, shipping, and Inventory related tasks.

Requirements

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist with tracking outbound orders systemically and physically.
• Creates and edits Production Orders to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
• Organizes the shipping and Inventory area daily.
• Assists in creation of specialized shipping documents and receiving of Inventory materials.
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry and reporting via laptop or tablet. 
• Performs other warehouse duties as needed under the supervision of the Operations Manager.
• Helps assist the Inventory team with cycle counts and counting of the material daily. 

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 1 year warehouse/shipping experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP preferred.
• Solid skills in MS Office, specifically with Excel.
• Ability to pay attention to the smallest details.
• Ability to learn quickly and the desire to improve old processes. 
• Ability to work hard and under the pressure of deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task within all possible areas of our warehouse.
