Job Summary:
The Shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, preparing outgoing pallets and packages for shipping, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders, and maintaining inventory records. In this role, you will work collaboratively with sales, production, and other vendor partners to ensure timely receipt and delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will engage with vendors and drivers, providing excellent service and support. Additionally, you will provide backup support for the shipping and receiving departments as needed, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
