Shop & Small Engine Mechanic

A+ Lawn and Landscape is seeking an Auto Mechanic / Small Engine Mechanic who will be responsible for up keeping a robust fleet of vehicles and equipment at a rapidly growing, locally owned business. Our company is managed by a highly entrepreneurial and progressive leadership team that is fueled by a level of passion that is uncommon in our industry. Our managers are constantly hunting for solutions that improve the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our production team, while streamlining our processes and efficiency to maximize the customer experience.

• General mechanical skills


• Basic welding experience


• Valid Driver's License preferred but not required


• Must have own set of tools and a rolling tool box


• Ability to delegate assignments and review performance


• Knowledgeable of occupational hazards and safety precautions.


• Must be able to work independently and also as a team member


• Must possess initiative and self-motivational skills to complete assignments


• Must be able to work well with co-workers, supervisors, and staff


• Possess the ability to make decisions independently on routine assignments if needed
