About This Role
We are hiring a Shop Attendant on behalf of a client company. This is an active vacancy with an immediate start.

Who This Is For
This role is for someone who handles direct customer sales and store operations on the shop floor.

What You'd Be Doing

  Attending to walk in customers and advising on product selection

  
  


• 
  

  Processing sales transactions and operating POS systems

  
  


• 
  

  Restocking shelves and maintaining product displays and pricing accuracy

  
  


• 
  

  Conducting stock counts and flagging low inventory or discrepancies

  
  


• 
  

  Handling customer complaints, returns, and exchanges

  
  


• 
  

  Keeping the shop floor clean, organized, and presentable

  
  


• 
  

  Opening and closing store procedures, including cash reconciliation

  
  

Requirements
Essential:

• 
  

  1+ years in a retail, sales, or customer facing role

  
  


• 
  

  Secondary school certificate or higher

  
  


• 
  

  Basic numeracy for cash handling and stock counts

  
  


• 
  

  Business fluent English, written and spoken

  
  


• 
  

  Working knowledge of POS systems or willingness to learn quickly

  
  

Advantageous:

• 
  

  Experience in supermarket, pharmacy, or FMCG retail settings

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with inventory management software

  
  


• 
  

  Prior training in customer service or sales technique

  
  


• 
  

  Experience handling mobile money or digital payment platforms
