Experienced Shop Foreman – Southaven Kia

Southaven Kia is looking for a seasoned Shop Foreman to lead our service team in our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility. What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily shop operations and workflow efficiency.

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of skilled technicians.

• Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet Kia’s factory standards.

• Assist with diagnostics and advanced repairs when needed.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

• Communicate closely with Service Advisors and Management to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician (Kia/Hyundai experience a plus).

• Prior leadership or shop foreman experience strongly preferred.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate technicians.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• ASE certifications or Kia Master Technician status a plus.
