Cornhusker International Trucks Inc. is seeking an experienced diesel-heavy truck technician to become the Full time Shop Foreman for our Lincoln Service team.
This role is ideal for the hands-on leader who values teamwork and prides themselves on delivering top-tier service to our customers.

Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Pay Range: $30.00 - $50.00/hr.

Skills & Abilities:
- Possess the skills and natural ability to understand and repair systems on medium & heavy-duty trucks: (A/C, Brakes, Diesel Engine, Differential, HVAC, Electrical, Exhaust, Steering, Suspension)
- A willingness to continue learning systems in a vehicle
- Ability to learn state-of-the art diagnostic techniques to repair malfunctions on vehicle systems within standard rate times (SRT)
- Completes assigned training within set time requirements
- Keeps abreast of industry changes
Shop Foreman Duties:
- Supports service advisors and experienced technicians
- Assists with the planning, training and development of junior technicians
- Motivates all technicians in the shop to excel in skills & abilities
- Oversees diagnostics, repairs and maintenance
- Ensures that all technicians understand and follow warranty procedures
- Enforces safety protocols in the shop
- Oversees the quality of work before trucks are delivered to customers
- Communicates vital information with all service personnel
- Maintains a clean and organized shop environment
Qualifications:
- Has a clean driving record
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred but not required
- At least eighteen (18) years old
- Work attendance is in good standing
- Must be able to frequently lift 10 to 75 lbs. with assistance.
- A degree/certification in Diesel Technology, Diesel Ag or Automotive or equivalent work experience
- Computer skills
- Experience working on International/Cummins/Allison preferred, but not required
