Shop Foreman/ Lead Technician

Description of the role:

Infiniti of Charlotte is seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Foreman/ Lead Technician to join our team in Matthews, NC. This position involves overseeing the daily operations of the service department and leading a team of technicians to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize workflow in the service department


• Oversee repairs and maintenance on vehicles


• Train and mentor technicians


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in automotive repair


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• ASE Master Certification


• Nissan or Infiniti background preferred
