Pay: $15/hour
Location: Claremore
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable Shop Helper to support the daily operations of our shop and warehouse in Claremore. This Shop Helper role involves hands-on tasks such as cleaning, organizing, loading, and assisting technicians. The ideal Shop Helper is physically capable, a quick learner, and eager to contribute in a team setting.

Required Experience & Skills:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to work both independently and with a team

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Load/unload welding equipment and gas cylinders
• Keep the shop and storage areas clean and organized
• Perform light maintenance on tools and equipment
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking
• Help prepare orders for pickup or delivery
• Support technicians with various tasks
• Follow all safety procedures

Preferred Education:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
