Shop Laborer & Helper (Entry-Level)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Shop Laborer/Helper to join our team. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn and grow within the company. The Shop Laborer/Helper will assist with general shop duties, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and support skilled workers in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist shop staff with basic tasks, including moving, lifting, and organizing materials.


• Maintain a clean and safe work area by sweeping, disposing of waste, and organizing tools and equipment.


• Load and unload supplies, tools, and products.


• Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.


• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.


• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or senior staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required).


• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.


• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor.


• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is a plus, but training will be provided.


• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.

Work Environment:

• Shop/warehouse setting with occasional outdoor work.


• Full-time position, with potential overtime as needed.
