Shop Lead

They are currently in search of a dedicated and hands-on Shop Lead to oversee daily operations of their warehouse and shop facilities. This cross-functional role combines management and physical labor, supporting the construction teams by maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring everything is safe, organized, and ready for use.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of warehouse and shop facilities
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Ensure safety and organization of work environment
• Manage warranties and monitor tool check-in/check-out procedures

Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined, with familiarity with construction equipment such as jetters, propress/mega press tools, meters, and drain/sewer systems
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 lbs, digging ditches, and making occasional part deliveries
• Experience in property management or working in construction environments is highly valued
• Ability to work independently, manage resources, and communicate effectively with field staff
• Proactive attitude, reliability, and tenure
