About the Role:

Join Bj's Automotive as a Shop Lead Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch auto repair services. We are looking for a skilled leader who is passionate about automotive excellence and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily shop operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Lead and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative environment.

Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, from routine maintenance to complex problems.

Maintain high-quality standards in all repairs and services provided.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle repairs and service recommendations.

Manage inventory and order parts as needed to ensure timely repairs.

Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to enhance service offerings.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair and diagnostics.

ASE certification or equivalent preferred.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Willingness to continue learning and adapting to new automotive technologies.
