Job Description - Shop Machinist

Manual Machinist – Growth to Lead Role




What You’ll Do:



  • Operate manual lathes and mills

  • Set up jobs and machine precision parts

  • Read blueprints and inspect finished work

  • Maintain quality and safe shop practices



What We’re Looking For:



  • Manual machining experience required

  • Strong measurement and blueprint skills

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-minded

  • Interest in growing into a lead/supervisory role



Schedule: Full-time
Pay: Based on experience $23+
