Shop manager

MAD Repair LLC is seeking a motivated, dependable individual to help manage our growing
heavy-duty truck and equipment repair business.
This position combines Service writer, Shop foreman, and Parts manager. Duties include
scheduling work, prioritizing repairs, customer communication, coordinating technicians,
managing parts and inventory, maintaining accurate service documentation, and ensuring
dealership-level repair quality.

Qualifications:
? 3+ years of parts department experience OR previous management/team leadership
experience
? Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills
? Confidence in leading a team and taking ownership of daily operations
? Mechanical knowledge and repair industry experience preferred

Compensation and benefits:

• Starting salary $60,000 - $70,000
• Monday - Friday, 7AM-5PM
• 6 Paid holidays
• 2 weeks PTO, increasing to 3 weeks after 2 years
• 90-day and annual performance reviews with opportunities for raises
