Shop Mechanic Heavy Equipment

Drewry Site Development is seeking an experienced Shop Mechanic to keep our civil site construction equipment and trucks operational, safe, and job-ready. This is a full-time, in-shop position in Daytona Beach.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy construction equipment and diesel trucks
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, brake, suspension, and transmission issues
• Maintain accurate service and repair records
• Keep tools and shop equipment organized and in working condition
• Follow all company safety procedures

Requirements

• At least 3 years of mechanic experience
• Experience servicing CAT equipment and Mack, Peterbilt, or similar heavy-duty trucks
• Strong diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical knowledge
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
• Must have your own tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to commute to Daytona Beach, FL 32114
