Shop Technician

Responsibilities:

Duties: 

· Provide top notch service

· Diagnosis and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues with machinery

· Read and understand machine schematics

· Fabricate and weld as necessary for task completion

· Follow federal and shop safety guidelines and protocol

· Communicate with management and other departments to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction

· Complete necessary paperwork for warranty and shop compliance. 

Conditions: 

· Occasional exposure to extreme weather conditions and loud noises

· Requires sitting, ladder climbing, overhead reaching, balancing, kneeling, and crawling

· Frequent standing, walking, stair climbing, stooping, and firm grasping

· Constant forward reaching and simple grasping

· Push / pull up to 50 pounds’ force

· 3+ years of construction/agriculture equipment experience, preferably on Bobcats, working on all aspects of repairs from welding/fabrication to electronics and engine diagnostics

· Must have own tools, valid driver’s license and able to pass a background and drug check

· Must be able to multi-task, be dependable and driven

· Ability to recondition and repair equipment and components

· Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

· Ability to read schematics (both hydraulic and electrical)

· Ability to attend company and product training for advancements in career
